Investigative journalist and researcher on international human rights violations, with more than twenty years of professional and human rights experience in investigative journalism, monitoring and documentation, legal and human rights research, capacity building, and the analysis of political, security, and international affairs.

His work focuses on documenting human rights violations, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), combating corruption, organized and transnational crime, terrorism and extremism, international law, and international accountability mechanisms.

Professional and research trajectory

Since 2006, he has contributed to establishing and leading human rights initiatives and organizations and to implementing programs in monitoring, documentation, advocacy, training, and capacity building. These activities have encompassed human rights, children's rights, refugees and marginalized groups, youth development, and cooperation with international institutions and organizations.

He is the Founder and President of the International Observatory for the Documentation of Human Rights Violations and manages multilingual media projects and platforms. He remains actively engaged in preparing and publishing legal and human rights studies and research, reports, and investigative journalism.

In 2021, he participated as a researcher in a King Saud University research project and conducted field data collection in Argentina for an international study on teaching Arabic as a second language in non-Arabic-speaking countries. His research experience also covers Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), corruption, organized and transnational crime, terrorism and extremism, international law, international humanitarian law, and international accountability mechanisms.

He is a writer, author, and registered publisher with the Argentine ISBN Agency. His articles, studies, research, and investigative reports are published in Arabic, Spanish, and English. His book “The Five Strategies in Decision-Making” has been cited in university research and in educational materials published through UNICEF.
